1 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, entering a contest or otherwise using FunnyGamingBest, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2 Definitions

• Platform: the FunnyGamingBest website, squad builder, prediction engine, contests and related services.
• Account: the personal profile you register in order to use the Platform.
• Contest: any fantasy competition, league or challenge offered on the Platform.
• Entry: a squad submitted to a Contest before its lock time.
• Lock time: the moment a Contest closes to changes, normally the scheduled start of the first fixture.
• Plan: the Starter, Pro Manager or Elite tier applied to your Account.

3 Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live.
2. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
3. You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where fantasy sports contests are prohibited.
4. You may hold only one Account, registered in your own true name.
5. Employees, contractors and their immediate households may be excluded from prize-bearing Contests to avoid conflicts of interest.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws of your own jurisdiction. We may verify eligibility at any time and restrict access where a legal requirement applies.

4 Accounts and security

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Keep your password confidential and never share Account access.
• Enable available security features, including any second factor we offer.
• Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented or shared. Sharing credentials with a third-party tool or service is at your own risk and may result in suspension.

5 Nature of the service

FunnyGamingBest provides skill-based fantasy sports entertainment. Outcomes depend on the real-world performance of athletes selected by managers, and on the scoring rules published for each Contest.

Projections, win probabilities and AI insights are statistical estimates offered for information only. They are not advice, not guarantees, and must not be relied on for financial or wagering decisions. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept wagers on the outcome of sporting events.

6 Contest rules and scoring

1. Each Contest publishes its own format, salary cap, formation rules, entry limits and lock time before it opens.
2. Entries can be edited freely until lock time and are final afterwards.
3. Points are calculated from official statistics supplied by our data partners.
4. Provisional scores may change while a fixture is under review; final standings are those confirmed after settlement.
5. If a fixture is postponed, abandoned or rescheduled, we may void it, extend the Contest or score it on the fixtures actually played, whichever keeps the Contest fairest.
6. Where a data provider issues a correction, we may re-score affected Contests within seven days of settlement.
7. Ties are broken by the published tie-break rule for that Contest, or split equally where no rule is stated.

7 Fair play and prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension:

• Creating or using multiple or proxy Accounts.
• Collusion, entry-sharing or coordinated play designed to distort standings.
• Bots, scripts, scrapers or any automated access not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting bugs, scoring errors or latency instead of reporting them.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract our models or source code.
• Interfering with the Platform through denial-of-service attempts, injection or unauthorised penetration testing.
• Abusive, hateful, harassing or unlawful behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Impersonating another person, brand or FunnyGamingBest itself.

8 Subscriptions and billing

Paid Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your stored payment method until cancelled. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude taxes that may apply in your country. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; the new price applies only from that renewal onwards.

If a payment fails we may retry it, downgrade the Account to Starter, or restrict paid features until the balance is settled.

9 Refunds and cancellation

1. You may cancel at any time under Account → Billing. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.
2. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund periods already used.
3. Statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected by this section.
4. We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion where a prolonged outage prevented you from using paid features.
5. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
6. Accounts closed for breach of these terms are not eligible for a refund.

10 Prizes and rewards

• Prize-bearing Contests state the prize, the qualifying criteria and the settlement window in advance.
• Prizes are personal, non-transferable and may not be exchanged unless we say otherwise.
• We may withhold a prize pending eligibility, identity or integrity checks.
• Where a prize is void, cancelled or unclaimed, we may re-award or withdraw it.
• Any tax arising from a prize is the recipient's responsibility.

11 Intellectual property

The Platform, its interface, code, design system, brand, logos, copy, prediction models and aggregated statistics are owned by FunnyGamingBest or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial fantasy play. You may not copy, republish, resell, frame, mine or build a competing product from our content or data without written permission.

12 User content

You keep ownership of content you submit: team names, league names, avatars, comments and support messages. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Platform.

You confirm you have the rights to what you submit and that it is not unlawful, infringing, deceptive or offensive. We may remove or rename content that breaches these terms, and may reject names impersonating a real person, brand or official league entity.

13 Availability and third parties

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, network failures or force majeure events may interrupt access, including during live fixtures.

The Platform depends on third parties for sports data, hosting, payments and email. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and delays or errors in third-party data may affect scoring until corrected under section 06.

14 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that projections will be accurate or that the service will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost prizes or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to these terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15 Suspension and termination

1. You may close your Account at any time from your Account settings.
2. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where required by law, or where continued access would harm users or the Platform.
3. Where practical and lawful, we notify you of the reason and give you an opportunity to respond.
4. On termination, open Entries may be voided and unclaimed prizes forfeited if the termination follows a breach.
5. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
6. Data handling after closure follows the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

16 Governing law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless local law grants you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@funnygamingbest.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly; most issues are settled within 14 days.

We may amend these terms to reflect legal, technical or product changes. Material changes are announced by email or in-product notice before the effective date shown at the top of this page. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
