Billing, in plain terms
The rules that matter before you enter a card number.
Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew at the end of each period until you cancel. We email a receipt on every charge.
Cancel any time
Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
We refund at our discretion where an outage stopped you using paid features, plus any statutory right you have locally.
Payment data
Cards are handled by our payment processor. We store only the brand and last four digits, never the full number.
Price changes
Any price change is announced at least 30 days before it applies, and only from your next renewal onwards.
Downgrades
Drop to Starter at any time. Extra teams become read-only rather than being deleted, so nothing is lost.

Plan questions
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the time left in your current period. Downgrades apply from the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
No. Starter never asks for payment details, and it does not expire.
Your account reverts to Starter limits. Teams above the limit become read-only, so history, results and past standings stay visible.
Yes. Paying annually on Pro Manager or Elite costs the equivalent of ten months instead of twelve.
