We void it, extend the contest, or score the fixtures that were actually played, whichever keeps the contest fairest. The rule is in section 06 of the Terms & Conditions.

Official statistics are sometimes corrected by the data provider. We may re-score affected contests within seven days of settlement, which can move provisional standings.

Models are trained on multi-season data and re-scored before every lock using form, fatigue, travel and weather. They are probabilistic guidance with a published volatility band, never a guaranteed outcome.

Yes, from Pro Manager upwards. Create a league, share the invite code, and set custom scoring if you want it.

By the tie-break rule published for that contest. Where no rule is stated, the prize is split equally.

Open Account → Billing and choose Cancel plan. Access to paid features continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

We refund at our discretion where a prolonged outage stopped you using paid features, and we always honour statutory withdrawal rights that apply where you live.
